Farm systems
Seed treating, chemical and fertilizer blending, feed processing, and conveying equipment — through our dealer relationships with KSi Edge and Sudenga.
seed treating
Treating equipment has to match your seed volume, chemistry, and turnaround — not just sit next to the bin.
We work through KSi Edge's seed treating line as a dealer, which means the same site-specific approach we bring to grain systems: throughput requirements, chemical handling and containment, calibration, and how the equipment fits your existing yard and traffic flow before we spec a unit.
Planning principle: A treater sized for someone else's operation is still the wrong treater, even at a lower price.
KSi Edge
• Seed volume and treatment window
• Chemical/inoculant handling and containment
• Calibration and application accuracy
• Yard layout and traffic flow
chemical & fertilizer
Chemical and fertilizer handling has its own containment, calibration, and throughput requirements — and its own consequences when they're skipped.
KSi Edge's chemical and blending equipment gets the same treatment as everything else on this site: we look at containment and spill planning, product compatibility, batch size against your operation, and how it integrates with what you're already running before recommending a configuration.
Planning principle: Containment and compatibility questions are cheaper to ask before the equipment is on a concrete pad than after.
KSi Edge
• Containment and spill planning
• Product compatibility
• Batch size and throughput
• Integration with existing equipment
feed processing
A mill, mixer, or pellet line only performs as well as the handling equipment feeding and following it.
As a Sudenga dealer, we plan feed processing and milling equipment the way we plan grain systems: throughput targets, ingredient handling, dust and safety considerations, and how the line connects to the rest of your operation — not just the capability sheet on one machine.
Planning principle: The bottleneck in a feed system is rarely the mill — it's usually what feeds it or follows it.
Sudenga
• Throughput and batch targets
• Ingredient handling and storage
• Dust control and safety
• Integration with existing handling
seed & grain conveying
Both KSi Edge and Sudenga offer conveying equipment, and the right choice depends on what it's moving, how far, and how fast — the same load-path thinking we bring to a bin.
Undersized or mismatched conveying is the most common reason a well-specified piece of equipment underperforms. We size conveyors and legs against your actual throughput and distances, not a standard package, and we'll tell you when a smaller, better-placed system beats a larger one.
Planning principle: A conveyor rated for the wrong throughput slows down everything downstream of it, regardless of how well it's built.
KSi Edge & Sudenga
• Throughput and distance requirements
• Incline and transfer points
• Integration with existing legs and bins
• Dealer access for pricing and lead times
